About INPM

An educational leader must be able to facilitate, articulate, implement and sustain the vision, culture, and management of a school while transforming it from the first day of his or her principalship. The purpose of the Illinois New Principal Mentoring (INPM) Program is to provide new principals with the individualized mentoring support they need to successfully transition into effective educational leaders.
